I am trying to create a ItemSourceType=Milliseconds.

The labels for milliseconds do not paint when the program comes up.
you have to scroll for a while before you see any. And it always starts working
at 24 milliseconds for some reason???

Is it happening if you set MinDateTime, MaxDateTime, CurrentDateTime to, say 01/01/0002?
