How to utilize the Id of TimelineEvent?

Jun 13, 2010 at 11:19 AM

Here is a question about the TimelineEvent.

I want to put an identifier to each event in the timeline in my application. When I read the source code, I find there is a "Id" field in TimelineEvent class, which seems a good place to hold the identifier in my application. Then how to fill this field from external? It seems the current timeline component can only accept the tags of start, end, title, color link, image, teaserimage, row, rowOverride, and isDuration for events.

If I have to change the source code to add a tag for the "Id“, I hope this feature can be included in later releases.

Add a bug for this in Issue Tracker section. I will fix the issue next week.

Try it the same way TimelineEx binds Video attribute.
